Here's my allotment! You have to be patient to get a London allotment, I've been on the waiting list since May 2006 and was stunned when I finally got the call asking me if I wanted to take a look at a free plot at the beginning of February this year. I cycled down to Fulham Palace Meadows all ready to pay my annual rent - not so fast I was told 'don't you want to inspect the plot first, you might not want it...'As you can see it wasn't in bad shape so I paid my £25 and then started to make plans about what I should do.
